    Most salon bookings still arrive by phone and WhatsApp, which means someone stops mid-haircut to check the book. An online booking form lets clients pick the service, a stylist preference and a slot themselves, and a slot with a capacity can never be double-booked.

    Because the booking and the follow-up live in the same account, the feedback survey and the review request are part of the same workflow rather than another tool to log into.

      The Salon Appointment template lists your services with durations and prices, asks for a stylist preference, and offers time slots with a set number of chairs each.

      Threading, manicure or a head massage can be added to the booking, and a weekend rate can apply to a service automatically.

      Take payment online through Razorpay checkout, or let clients pay at the venue by cash or UPI QR — your choice per form.

      Or book by stylist availability

      If each stylist keeps their own hours, Appointment Bookings offers slots from each team member’s weekly availability, sends an email reminder before the visit and lets clients reschedule themselves.

      Follow up after the appointment

      Send a short satisfaction survey, and a review request from the same place, so more of your real clients leave a Google review.
