A play zone runs two businesses at the same door. Some families plan ahead — a birthday party, a weekend session paid in advance — and most simply turn up. Both need the parent’s details, an emergency contact, allergies and a signed safety waiver before a child goes in, and the counter needs to know who has paid and who is still inside.

A Booking & Payment form sells play packages or party slots with per-head pricing, add-ons like socks or a party menu, and a weekend rate applied automatically. Customers pay online through Razorpay checkout, or you allow pay at the venue.

Walk-ins register by QR at the door
A poster at the entrance opens the Kids Play Zone registration on the parent’s phone — parent and child details, emergency contact, allergies, medical notes and the safety consents. No app to install.

The counter takes payment and checks in
Staff find the registration by number, collect cash, UPI, membership or complimentary entry, and check the child in. A UPI payment is only marked paid once a staff member verifies it.

You always know who is still inside
Check-out is recorded when the family leaves, so the list of children on the premises is accurate at any moment — and every change is logged with who made it.

Send the kids zone experience survey after the visit, and send every family a review request so your Google rating reflects your real customers.
