Reservations, catering orders and diner feedback for restaurants
Fill the tables in advance, and find out how the meal went before the review does.
A restaurant’s busiest nights are decided before anyone walks in — by reservations taken on the phone, in DMs and at the counter. An online reservation form with a small advance cuts no-shows and puts every booking in one list.
The other half is what happens after the meal. A QR code on the table or the bill asks diners about food, service and ambience while they are still there, so you hear about a problem before it becomes a one-star review.
How it works for restaurants and cafés
- 1
Take reservations with an advance
The Table Reservation template asks for date, time slot, number of guests and table type, and collects an advance that is adjusted against the bill. Each slot has a table capacity.
- 2
Celebrations and catering
Guests can add a cake or table decoration to a reservation, and the Catering Booking template takes per-guest menu orders for events with an advance.
- 3
Feedback at the table by QR
Put a restaurant feedback survey behind a QR code on the table or the bill — diners answer on their phone in under a minute.
- 4
Ask every guest for a review
Send review requests after the visit so more of your real diners leave a Google review — and read the survey answers to fix what they tell you.
