    Lead Finder FAQ

    From live web search, run by an AI research model at the moment you search — not from a bought database that went stale a year ago. The model is told to return only what it found real evidence for, and to leave a field blank rather than invent it.

    It is explicitly instructed not to, and anything it could not verify comes back empty instead of guessed. Treat it as very good research rather than a guarantee: check before a high-stakes send, exactly as you would with any prospecting list.

    Yes — the wizard has a free-text step, so any city, district or region you type is searched even when it is not one of the presets.

    Save a company or a person to Contacts and it becomes an ordinary contact — usable by email and WhatsApp campaigns, contact lists, tags and automation flows with no import step. Saving one requires an email address.

    No. It is included with Surveys and Forms, so any plan entitling either includes it. There is a per-workspace daily cap on how many searches you can run, because each one pays for live web research on every company it returns.

    Yes — export a whole search, just the companies you ticked, or a single company as CSV, with company details, branches and one row per named contact.
